The food is delicious at each of our destinations! In the Dominican Republic, the resort often provides us with delicious buffet-style meals. In Mexico, we hire local cooks who make the best Mexican food (tacos, enchiladas, etc.) that you have ever had in your life! In Haiti, the food is very flavorful as well, breakfast is usually freshly baked pastries and dinners are an evening adventure. While in Thailand, you do not need to be a “chopstick handler extraordinaire” because most Thai people actually eat with a fork and spoon. We eat a variety of Thai and Western food while travelling there.
