It is recommended that you bring some spending money – depending on how much you like to shop! There will be opportunities to go shopping for souvenirs, to take part in some extra fun activities or want to sample some local snacks.
The most widely accepted currency in the places we travel is USD cash. Feel free to bring some cash. While in the USA and Mexico there are bank machines where you can get more money, as well as places where you can exchange USD to Mexican Pesos. Aside from what you will need for your flights, there is no need to bring Canadian cash.
